About our staff and programs
Our centre staff are experienced and hold many qualifications in aged care. Activities include social, intellectual and physical programs, planned for each person and for small groups. We also run creative therapy programs that promote and enhance lifestyle.
Social outings
The centre runs Monday to Friday. Each day group gets one day out a fortnight to a special venue. It may be a picnic, a visit to a club for a meal, or something that suits clients’ interests. Outings may include picnics, BBQs, fishing and visits to other centres, and are culturally based where they suit.
Pampering and health
- A hairdresser visits once a month
- Podiatry care is available
- Clients love a beauty day with foot spas and manicures
The centre also runs some in-home respite and holiday programs.
